7303 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) and BTEC Delivery of Conflict Management (CMT) courses are both needed by any trainer wanting to deliver SIA approved courses. PTLLS is the first step in teacher training and is required by anyone delivering learning on any Government funded programme. Delivery of Conflict Management Training is only required by trainers delivering the Conflict Management Unit of SIA approved qualifications but is very useful to any trainer delivering scenario based learning (role play) to any group of learners.
The qualifications are in 2 parts. Part 1 is completed by distance learning followed by 5 days (PTLLS) or 3 days (CMT) classroom work to complete portfolios and undergo presentation assessments. You may take these courses one at a time or both at the same time. 100% guaranteed pass rates providing you remain on the programme and are prepared to put in the effort.
