Free Door Supervisor, Business Start, PTLLS and First Aid Training
Response to Redundancy is a European Social Fund program which gives participants free advice, support and training to help them deal with redundancy and get back into work as quickly as possible. Unlike similar programs you may have attended before, this program focuses on practical application of skills which will enable you to sell yourself to prospective employers in the best possible way.
The training programs we have developed all focus on providing you with the practical knowledge and skills you need to compliment theory and as a result you will immediately be able to make an impact in your new job.
Working in partnership with Chichester College, A2Z Security Group can offer several training packages which will enable you to update knowledge and skills or even learn new skills for a new career path - all free. The training we can offer includes:
- Business Start Training
- Customer Service Training
- Training and qualifications for the security industry
- Teacher Training (resulting in the PTLLS qualification)
- Investigator Training
- Loss Prevention Training
- Management Training
- Fraud Investigator Training

In addition to the specialist training, each package will include help and advice on how each sector area works, what you will need to show a prospective employer, how to complete job application forms and how to make the best impression during job interviews. Training is delivered by trainers who are themselves experienced in the topic areas and have themselves been in the position of having to find new careers/jobs.
To access this training, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be at least 19 years of age
- You must be either:
- under notice of redundancy
- recently redundant
- have been claiming job seekers allowance for less than 6 months
- You must be living in the South East Region of England:
- Oxfordshire
- Berkshire
- Buckinghamshire
- Hampshire
- Sussex
- Surrey
- Kent
- Hertfordshire
